Fall Dressage Show Sponsorship Opportunities!
Our Fall Shows I and II are around the corner!
We are soliciting sponsors for our upcoming show.  Now is the perfect time to ask those businesses you patronize if they'd like to support your favorite non.profit organization - Alamo Dressage Association.  In the past, we've had support from mechanics, hair stylists, spas, real estate agents and more.  We're not limited to "equine only" businesses as our riders and audience utilize a wide variety of local services and businesses. 

ADA's success continues because of members like yourself!  Consider putting a personal ad in the program, or maybe a "good luck" ad for your favorite rider or barn.  Maybe you'd like to sponsors a class for $50 or get a few friends together (or perhaps your barn) and sponsor a class or two!

Volunteer Hours
Bringing in sponsors will go towards your volunteer hours!  You will receive 1 volunteer hour or each $50 sponsorship you sell.

New Sponsors mean DOUBLE the money!!
An anonymous benefactor will match dollar for dollar (up to $2,500) the sponsorship of every new donor brought in.  What a gift for ADA a new sponsor will be!  

Click here for a letter (for those sponsors who require documentation from ADA)  and the various sponsorship levels available.  This year we're offering a discount to those committing to supporting two events - our Fall Horse Shows and our November Symposium or our Fall Horse Shows and the upcoming 2011 Spring Horse Shows.  We can also tailor sponsorships to fit individual business needs; you may have prospective sponsors

Click here for a schedule of events!Don't miss this exciting event!  Sunday, August 8 from 1pm - 6pm at the Rio Cibolo Ranch just off IH10 east north of 1604 (before Seguin).  Bring your horses (optional) for guided trail rides, bring your fishing pole and bait, bring a dessert for our dessert contest!  There will be tons of fun things to do whether you ride or not!  Hay rides, kiddie playground and other games!  For more information click HERE!  Also - look for an e-vite in your email!  Still need volunteer hours for the year end awards?  Here is your chance...we'll need volunteers - mounted wranglers to lead trail rides, check in desk, game coordinators, dessert contest judges, etc... Cash Back for Education Returns

Great news for ADA members! Your ADA board voted to bring back the “cash back for education” program, beginning April 1, 2010. This program encourages ADA members to further their dressage education by offering $50 “cash back” to subsidize their costs for clinic and symposiums.  Visit the Education page for more information!

New! Volunteer Requirement for ADA Awards

ADA is a volunteer run organization that is dedicated to providing opportunities to its members. To encourage members to participate we have added a volunteer requirement to be eligible for year end awards. This is a great opportunity to give back to the club.  In order to be eligible for the year end awards ADA will now require 3 hours of volunteer service. This must be done during the current awards year (1/1/10-12/1/10).Volunteer hours after 12/1/10 will count towards the 2011 award year. This may be done by the competitor or someone else appointed by the competitor in their stead. These hours may include 3 hours of volunteer time at ADA horse shows, clinics or other club sponsored events. These hours may also be completed by getting sponsorships and/or ads for the club. Each $50 worth of sponsorship and/or ads is equal to1 volunteer hour.

These hours must be completed no later than December 1st of awards year. Thank you in advance for doing your part to support our club!
