3. How to Build an Action Plan - August 16th, 7:00pm CT

About Vincent Flores:

Vincent is a USDF Bronze, Silver, Gold and Gold Bar Medalist. He is a native of France, where he received a classical training background. Vincent’s passion for horses started at a very young age, and he has competed in multiple countries over the years (Europe, Middle East, North America) in the three disciplines: show jumping, eventing and dressage. He decided to dedicate himself fully to the latter for the past ten years.

Vincent has competed in CDI Small Tours in the US, has been multiple times USDF Regional Champion, national All-Breed Awards Champion with the SWANA and DWANA and has brought two horses to Grand Prix so far, as well as many more to FEI levels. Giving back to the dressage community is an important part of his commitment to the sport, and as such he has served on the board of the Region 9 GMO Houston Dressage Society, as well as in the Region 8 GMO NEDA (New England Dressage Association).

Vincent is based out of Coventry, CT where he runs a large dressage training facility, the Connecticut Equestrian Center, and is a highly active clinician (private clinics & symposium) in the New England area as well as the rest of the United States.

He has actively been promoting the importance of mental coaching tools for the riders, throughout articles either published on his social media pages, but also on several equestrian magazines and GMO Newsletters. He also runs regular webinars on goals settings & action plan building for the riders.
