The volunteer requirement will be reduced from 8 hours to 4 hours this year for year-end awards eligibility.  If you earned volunteer hours last year, those hours did rollover to 2021.  If you have not had an opportunity to volunteer this year, there is still time to volunteer and earn hours - here's how:

    - NEW! Volunteer for an area show where dressage classes are offered (example: Liberty Hill or Coyote Springs - see our Events page for details)

    - Sponsor a class, be a Pet Sponsor, solicit a new ad or Sponsorship for our Spring show program. A $50 ad or sponsorship earns 1 hour.  You can earn up to 4 hours for sponsorship. Learn more on our Support Page.

    - Join us for an Arena and Show Trailer clean up/organization day.  TBD in November.  Stay tuned!

    - Attend a monthly board meeting.  Earn 1 hour for attending a board meeting. Zoom link instructions are on the Members-only page of the website.  You must log in to access this page.

If you aren't sure how many hours you have contact our Member-at-Large!

Don't forget! Year End Awards deadline is November 25th.  Visit the Awards page for application and instructions!

    Dear ADA Membership,

It is with heavy hearts that the ADA board has made the difficult decision to cancel our Fall show.

Increasing fees, in addition to declining attendance and dwindling enthusiasm to seek new sponsors, has made the cost of holding shows too great for our GMO to absorb.

This decision was not made without weighing all of our options, as the horse shows are the club’s main source of revenue.

It is our hope that this arrangement is temporary, and we will be back to holding two shows per year in the future.

    Sincerely,

    ADA Board of Directors

ADA's newest Dressage Foundation Century Club Member, PJ Hardin.
